 The BBC is located across the bridge on campus  and features coffee from Veteran Roasters, made-to-order grill items, smoothies, and much more, plus convenience items like school supplies and toiletries, snacks, novelties, and cold beverages.

Meal Exchange

At Bootsma, students have the option of using  Meal Exchanges during select hours for when they are unable or don't care to eat in the dining hall. The offerings  typically consist of a Chef Fresh entrée, side, and drink. Meal Exchange is available during select hours throughout the week.

​Chef Fresh is our grab-and-go program designed for guests on the go. Options include freshly prepared onsite salads, sandwiches, snacks, parfaits and yogurts, homemade hummus, cheese and fruit plates, and more. There are always plenty of choices available to meet any need.

Our self-serve Simply Smoothie concept features delicious and nutritious smoothies for all Trolls to enjoy. Customize your smoothie or juice with an assortment of fruits, vegetables, and healthy grains and toppings.

The Grove c-store provides students and guests with a large variety of convenience items, from food and beverages to sundries and items needed for classes. Students and guests on the go will appreciate the convenience of a one-stop shop.

Allergy Disclaimer: We make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those individuals with food allergies. Items marked gluten friendly are made with no gluten-containing ingredients. Effort is made to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies.
